Seller help
Selling here in short: list your parts, answer when we ask, and hand the part to our driver. We do the rest.
The two pages with the money on them: Fees and Payouts.
Getting started
How long does approval take?
Somebody reviews every new shop before its parts go live. Until then you can add listings and they stay invisible to buyers — so the sensible order is to register, load your stock, and be live the moment you are approved rather than starting then.
Do I have to add bank details?
Not to start. Cash payouts do not need them — the driver pays you at pickup. You do need them for an order of AED 5,000 or more, which is paid by transfer. Add them any time from My shop.
Can I load my whole stock at once?
Yes. Bulk import takes a CSV or an Excel file, and there is a template to download. Every row is checked before anything is created, and you see exactly which rows failed and why before you commit.
Listings
Why will it not let me publish?
A listing needs a part name, a category, a price and at least one photograph. The photograph is not negotiable: it is what a buyer is actually buying, and it is what protects you when somebody says the part was not as described.
I have ten of the same part
Each one is its own listing, because each one is its own physical object — a buyer buys that part, not one like it. Use Duplicate on a listing to make the next one in a couple of clicks.
What is the steering side for?
Leave it on both unless the part genuinely differs. A listing marked for one side only is hidden from buyers filtering for the other, so setting it when you did not need to halves the people who can see it.
Orders
How long do I have to answer?
We chase at two, six and twelve hours of business time — a request that arrives at nine at night does not start counting until you are open. After twelve the order is cancelled automatically and the buyer is told. Answering "no" is a perfectly good answer and it costs you nothing; silence is what costs you.
Can I answer on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. The same request arrives on both, and answering in either place is the same answer — tap it once, wherever you are. Tapping in both is not a problem either.
When do I get the buyer's details?
Once you have confirmed you have the part. Before that you see the order and the part and nothing that identifies them — we do not hand a garage's details to a shop that may not have the part.
The part is not there after all
Tell us as soon as you know, on the order. The buyer is told and the rest of their order carries on. It is far better than letting the driver arrive to nothing — that is a failed pickup, and it is the one thing that counts against a shop.
Part requests
What are these and why am I getting them?
A buyer who could not find a part asks every shop that works on that make. You get it because that make is on your list in My shop. Answer with a price, a condition and how soon — or ignore it, which costs nothing.
I answered. What happens next?
The buyer sees every answer side by side and picks one. If they pick yours it becomes an order and you are told. You do not see the other shops' prices, and they do not see yours.
Anything else, ask us — or answer on the order itself, which is quicker because whoever picks it up can see it.
