What we hold about your shop, what buyers see of it, and what you get to see of them.

This page has not been through legal review and carries no jurisdiction statement. Everything described is what the platform does today, and each rule is enforced in the code rather than by policy.

What we hold about your shop

  • The registration — shop name, emirate, area, unit, WhatsApp number, sign-in email, and the brands you work on.
  • Verification documents — your trade licence, and whatever else was asked for. Used to approve the shop and nothing else.
  • Bank details — encrypted at rest. They are never shown back to you in full, here or anywhere: you see the last few digits, which tells one account from another and is not worth stealing.
  • Your listings, orders and decisions — including every status change on your shop, who made it and why. That record is what protects you if a decision is ever questioned.

Your password is stored as a hash and cannot be read back, by us or by anybody else.

What buyers see

Your shop name, your emirate and area, your description, and your listings. Your reliability is used to order results and to flag shops for review internally.

Buyers do not get your phone number from a listing. Messages go through us — which is also what stops a buyer taking a deal off the platform, and what means a dispute has a record rather than two accounts of a phone call.

What you see of a buyer

Nothing that identifies them, until you have confirmed you have their part. After that: the name, the phone number and the address, so you can hand the part over. That is the whole of it — you do not see what they paid, their other orders, or anything about them beyond that one delivery.

Use it for the handover and nothing else. It is in the seller terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not show one shop another shop's prices — including on a part request, where every shop answers blind.

Cookies

One, to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

How long we keep it

Orders, listings and shop decisions are kept as a business record — they are what a dispute or a payout question is answered from, and they are not edited after the fact. Ask us to close a shop and we will; the record of what was sold stays.

To see or correct what we hold, ask us — most of it is editable under My shop.
