Payouts
When you get paid, and how.
On a cash order you are paid at pickup. The driver hands you the money when they take the part. That is the payout — there is no separate "seller paid" step afterwards to wait for.
The two ways you are paid
| Order | How | When |
|---|---|---|
| Under AED 5,000 | Cash, from the driver, at pickup. No choice to make. | The moment they collect the part. |
| AED 5,000 and above | Your choice — cash from the driver as usual, or a bank transfer to the account on your shop profile. | Cash, at pickup. A transfer is processed by our finance team separately, also without waiting on the buyer. |
You get your full price
The figure on your listing is the figure you receive. Nothing is deducted for delivery, for listing, or as commission — fees.
Bank details
Add or change them under My shop. Your IBAN is encrypted and is never shown back to you in full — you see the last few digits, which is enough to tell one account from another and not enough to be worth stealing.
You can skip them at sign-up and sell without them: a cash payout needs nothing but the driver turning up. What they are for is the transfer option on orders of AED 5,000 and above — that payout cannot be processed until the details are there, so the order sits paid-out-pending rather than paid.
If an order is cancelled after pickup
It happens: a failed delivery, or a buyer who refuses at the door. The driver brings the part back to you and collects the cash refund from you on the spot. The order shows as a return in progress until they have.
Where to see it
Your dashboard shows this month's revenue, and every order in your order queue carries its own payout amount and status.
A payout that does not look right — tell us with the order number and we will trace it.
